1. Registration and Application

• A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 is required for a one-year period.
• You must accurately complete the registration form. Incorrect info may lead to cancellation and legal action.

2. Tuition Leads and Assignment

• We guarantee a minimum of five tuition leads within one session (April to March).
• Tuition assignments will primarily be within your specified area but may occasionally extend beyond it.
• Tuition opportunities are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You must be active on our official Telegram channel, 'Guru Gyan Home Tuition,' where all tuition notifications will be posted.

• We will not provide tuition notifications via personal calls or WhatsApp messages.
• You must respond to tuition notifications on WhatsApp only within two days.

• Monthly tuition fees will be disbursed 15 days after tuition commences.

• You must contribute 50% of the first month's tuition fee as a development fee. A 10% development fee will also apply to subsequent months if the tuition fee exceeds ₹5000. Failure to comply may result in legal action.
• Management may collect fees directly from parents. Your payment will be processed and provided by management on a scheduled basis.

4. Professional Conduct and Responsibilities

• Mobile phone use and irrelevant activities are strictly prohibited during tuition hours.
• Before accepting an assignment, you must confirm your ability to fulfill the commitment. Accepted assignments cannot be discontinued without a valid reason.
• You must promptly inform management of any changes to your registration details.
• Any physical or mental abuse (violence) towards a student will not be tolerated. Such actions will result in immediate termination and legal action.
• You are permitted one holiday per month, excluding Sundays. Additional leaves may result in payment deduction, or you may adjust leave on a Sunday with parental consent.
• Any subsequent tuition offers or direct correspondence with our clients (students/parents) regarding tuition belong to management. Management retains complete rights over such offers.
• Your primary objective is to encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential. You may collaborate with parents to achieve this.
• You must adhere to the preset time schedule for students. Complaints may result in appropriate action.
• Absence for more than two days without prior notice will not be tolerated.
• You are expected to be well-dressed and well-behaved when attending tuition.
• Any dishonesty regarding tuition assignments will not be tolerated and may result in legal action with heavy penalties.

5. Support and Training

• Management is committed to assisting you. Please share any problems or concerns you encounter.
• To enhance versatility and potential, management will organize various mandatory training programs and guidance sessions.
• If you bring any new tuition/tutor offers to management's attention, you will be duly awarded.

6. Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

• Management is not responsible for any mishappenings or accidents.
• All disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Jaipur only.
