Parents T&c

1. Registration Fee: Parents are required to pay a one-time registration fee of Rs. 500 to Guru Gyan Home Tuition Valid for one year (April to March).
2. Advance Fee: Parents must provide the first month’s tuition fee in advance to Guru Gyan Home Tuition within 3 days from the commencement of the tuition classes.
3. Tuition Fee Payment: Subsequent tuition fees must be paid to the tutor on a monthly basis after the confirmation from the company.
4. Payment Method: Payment should be made through the specified payment methods accepted by Guru Gyan Home Tuition. Cash payments should be made directly to the company representative and receipts obtained.
5. Rejection Policy: If you are not satisfied with the tutor for any reason, you have to inform us at least 7 days prior to hiring a new tutor.
6. Change of Details: Parents are required to inform Guru Gyan Home Tuition promptly of any changes in contact information or other details provided at the time of registration.
7. Parental Cooperation: Parents are expected to cooperate with the tutor assigned by Guru Gyan Home Tuition and provide necessary support and resources to facilitate their child’s learning.
8. Feedback: Parents are encouraged to provide feedback on the quality of tuition services and communicate any concerns or suggestions to Guru Gyan Home Tuition for continuous improvement.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising between the parent and Guru Gyan Home Tuition shall be resolved through amicable discussions and negotiations. In case of unresolved disputes, legal recourse may be pursued as per the terms specified in the agreement.
10. Liability: Guru Gyan Home Tuition shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the tuition sessions, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct on the part of the company.
11. Confidentiality: Parents’ personal information and data shared with Guru Gyan Home Tuition shall be treated with utmost confidentiality and used only for the purpose of providing tuition services.
12. Agreement Acceptance: By enrolling their child for tuition services with Guru Gyan Home Tuition, parents acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined herein.

All disputes will be settled at Jaipur jurisdiction only.
