Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before applying for Home Tuition services. By submitting your application or accepting any tuition assignment, you agree to comply with the following terms.
Important Notice
Your registration, application, or acceptance of any tuition assignment with Guru Gyan Home Tuition signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1 Registration and Application
- A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 is required for a one-year registration period.
- Applicants must accurately complete the registration form. Providing incorrect, misleading, or false information may result in cancellation of registration and possible legal action.
2 Tuition Leads and Assignment
- We guarantee a minimum of five tuition leads within one academic session (April to March).
- Tuition assignments will primarily be provided within your specified or preferred area. However, assignments may occasionally be offered outside your preferred location.
- Tuition opportunities are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Teachers must remain active on our official Telegram channel, Guru Gyan Home Tuition, where tuition notifications and opportunities will be posted.
- Management will not provide tuition notifications through personal phone calls or individual WhatsApp messages.
- Teachers must respond to tuition notifications through WhatsApp within two days, wherever required.
3 Payment Terms
- Monthly tuition fees will be disbursed 15 days after the commencement of tuition, according to the company's payment schedule and policies.
- Teachers are required to contribute 50% of the first month's tuition fee as a development fee for each confirmed tuition assignment.
- A 10% development fee may also apply to subsequent months if the monthly tuition fee exceeds ₹5000.
- Failure to comply with applicable payment obligations may result in suspension, cancellation of services, or legal action.
- Management reserves the right to collect tuition fees directly from parents. Teachers' payments will be processed and provided by management according to the scheduled payment system.
4 Professional Conduct and Responsibilities
- Mobile phone usage and irrelevant activities are strictly prohibited during tuition hours.
- Before accepting a tuition assignment, teachers must confirm their ability and willingness to fulfill the commitment.
- Once an assignment is accepted, it should not be discontinued without a valid and genuine reason.
- Teachers must promptly inform management about any changes in their registration details, contact information, address, or availability.
- Any form of physical or mental abuse, harassment, or violence towards a student will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Teachers are permitted one holiday per month, excluding Sundays. Additional leaves may result in payment deductions.
- Leave adjustments may be made on Sundays only with the consent of the concerned parent or guardian.
- Any future tuition opportunities, referrals, or direct communication with clients (students or parents) related to company assignments remain under the authority of management.
- Management retains complete rights regarding tuition assignments, client relationships, and future offers generated through Guru Gyan Home Tuition.
- Teachers are expected to encourage, guide, and motivate students to achieve their academic and personal potential.
- Teachers may coordinate with parents or guardians for the academic development and improvement of students.
- Teachers must strictly follow the predetermined tuition schedule and timing provided for each student.
- Repeated complaints regarding punctuality, behavior, teaching, or professional conduct may result in appropriate disciplinary action.
- Absence for more than two days without prior information or approval from management will not be tolerated.
- Teachers are expected to maintain professional appearance, proper dressing, and respectful behavior while attending tuition.
- Any dishonesty, misrepresentation, concealment of information, or unethical conduct related to tuition assignments may result in termination and possible legal action.
5 Support and Training
- Management is committed to assisting registered teachers. Teachers are encouraged to share any professional problems, concerns, or difficulties they may encounter.
- To improve teaching quality, versatility, and professional development, management may organize mandatory training programs, workshops, and guidance sessions.
- Teachers who bring new tuition opportunities or qualified tutor referrals to management may be rewarded according to the company's applicable referral policy.
6 Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction
- Management shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen incidents, accidents, personal disputes, or mishappenings occurring during or in connection with tuition activities, except where liability is established under applicable law.
- All disputes, legal matters, and proceedings related to Guru Gyan Home Tuition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering with Guru Gyan Home Tuition, applying for tuition, accepting a tuition assignment, or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the Terms and Conditions mentioned above.
